Delivery & Returns


We send all parcels 2nd Class Signed for via Royal Mail between 5-7 working days once an order is placed. You will receive an email once your purchase has been dispatched and a tracking number will be attached to your email, which will take you to the Royal Mail Track & Trace when selected. 

Standard Delivery is £2.50 for A5/A4/A3 prints, banners and pouches.
Standard Delivery is £4.00 for orders that include mugs and T-Shirts. 

Please note orders that include personalised items can take up to 10 working days to despatch.

Royal Mail advises delivery for second class services can be up to 3-5 working days. In the event your parcel is not with you beyond this timeframe, we advise you contact the Royal Mail first, to attempt to locate your parcel. Please note, we cannot re-send orders until they are officially declared lost under Royal Mail guidelines (10 working days).

At present we are not shipping outside of the UK - apologies for any disappointment caused. 



When I create and design your orders I always hope that you will love and cherish them as much as I did making them, but that may not always be the case.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however please get in touch with us first before returning your order, either by filling in the contact form on this website or by emailing

Once we have discussed and come to a mutual agreement of either replacement or refund, then simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt.  

Items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable, unless faulty.

Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for refund/exchange if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, in a new and unused condition.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
